LINC was presented to students from the high school of Velestino, February 2, 2015

The LINC project was presented on the 2nd of February 2015 to a group of 40 senior students of the High School of Velestino and 2 of their teachers. The students -who were about to graduate- had the opportunity to reflect on the serious issue of early school leaving and the consequences that this can have on individuals prospects for professional and personal development. The role of the broader school community was discussed as a positive and powerfull network towards addressing early school leaving. The key idea of the project, i.e. exploiting the school network for preventing early school leaving was introduced and students were prompted to express their thoughts and ideas.
